The price of agricultural land in Ukraine has decreased significantly this year. It is known that in December 2024 the average price was 48,663 hryvnias, which is 1,300 hryvnias less than in November.
But in January, the price of land was already UAH 45,229, but in general, land prices in Ukraine increased by UAH 3,400 in 2024. It is also known that the most expensive land in Ukraine cost in October - UAH 52,418.
The cheapest land prices were recorded in Mykolaiv region - the average price was UAH 31,698, while the highest land prices were in Ivano-Frankivsk region - the average price was UAH 93,141.
Additional information: In general, land plots became less in demand for the population in 2024. The largest sales were recorded in October - 25,334 hectares, while the smallest land sales were recorded in December - 13,638 hectares.
