Pensioners in Ukraine will receive additional payments to their pensions starting in January 2025. The amounts will vary from 300 to 570 hryvnias, depending on age and other criteria.
The allowances are provided for citizens over the age of 70. Payments are planned as part of the program to support low-income groups of the population, as well as within the framework of pension indexation for various categories.
The increase also applies to people who have a long work experience but receive a minimum pension.
What are the criteria?
- Reaching retirement age – 70 years and over.
- Those citizens whose total pension does not exceed UAH 10,340.35 will be entitled to a pension increase.

- Only ONE compensatory supplement is provided (if a pensioner at the age of 70 received 300 UAH, then at 75, the supplement will not be accrued a second time).
